My Story
I’m Sara Haqqi, a licensed clinical psychologist passionate about bridging mental health, research, and technology. My journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I offered tele-counseling services to support people through a time of deep uncertainty. That experience led me into innovative projects beyond traditional therapy, building a CBT-based mental health chatbot, contributing to speech-to-emotion recognition software, and developing an AI-driven job coaching tool to make psychological support more accessible and impactful. Since then, I have been working in this emerging domain of the AI psychology intersection.

I also collaborate with HR teams in the shipping and tech industries to design tailored psychological assessments for hiring, team growth, and employee well-being. As a certified MAXQDA trainer, I deliver training in qualitative research methods and provide consultancy for both academic and organizational research projects. My work sits at the intersection of clinical insight, data, and innovation to improve lives through psychology.
Our Team
Psylytics began as the vision of an individual determined to bridge the worlds of psychology, research, and technology. What started as one voice has now grown into a team of consultants, each bringing their own expertise and passion to the table. Together, we are building a consultancy that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and impact.

At the heart of our team is Urooj Zehra, a skilled psychologist with extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments. As our Assessment Lead, she ensures that every evaluation we provide, whether clinical or workplace-based, is precise, ethical, and tailored to the unique needs of the individual or organization.
On the innovation side, we have Sameen Asad, our Tech Consultant and Advisor. Sameen brings a sharp eye for design and user experience.
